HTA presents world debut
Using waste heat for pre-heating air is now also possible for thermal oil systems with a rated power of 300 kilowatts and upwards.
HTA and HTT now present a world debut for the use of waste heat in small plants. It will now be possible, for the first time, to employ the pre-heating of combustion air for systems with a rated power of 300 kilowatts and upwards.
The thus achieved improvement of the efficiency level establishes new benchmarks in energy efficiency. In larger plants, the basic technology has long since proven its worth. In this process, the heat excess caused by the process heat generation is used to pre-heat the combustion air of the thermal oil heater.
However, the workflow for recovering the process heat remains completely unaffected by this. Now, with such low losses, the efficiency of a small system also attains a higher than average level. Moreover, thanks to the good cost-performance ratio, this leads to an extremely short payback period, which in turn can lead to new business opportunities, especially for smaller companies.
